One of a kind place with beautiful product. Great service. I wanted to buy many items but some were a little pricey for my liking. But the product, shop and service were great. Came away with a Monet umbrella that I LOVE.

Purchased an umbrella with a lifetime guarantee here because I was told they would swap it out anytime and not have to hassle with the manufacturer. In less than a year it broke and they directed me to call the manufacturer.
In googling the manufacturer I found:
1. The $50 umbrella I purchased was available from $5 to $16 online.
2. I have to send the umbrella in and wait for a replacement.
I live in Seattle and need a good umbrella in the winter. I will have to use the broken umbrella until summer comes and I won't need it and then exchange it.
Very dissatisfied with their service.

Cool store to check out while on vacation. They have amazing umbrellas, which everyone knows you'll need in Seattle!
