I cannot speak high enough about the Green Lake Lash and Wax Boutique! As a whole they are an incredible team, who are wonderful to visit! They are always so welcoming and loads of laughter! In specific, a shout out to Maya who always helps me look amazing. I always leave with built up confidence, and joy! She is incredible and I LOVE working with her!

This is my go-to spot for lashes. Both Greenlake and QA are great locations and Alexis is excellent.

Please do not go there, ever! The young lady, who did my lashes was fine. It is when I went to check out that the problem began. I had a gift card from my daughter, but there was nothing written on the card about the amount or even the type of service. They told me that the gift card was for $100. When I checked with my daughter later, it was for 150. the service was for $200 so they charged me an extra $100 and I tipped $40. Therefore I paid $140 when I shouldve paid $90. My daughter has been working to try to have this money refunded to no avail. we are going to file her report with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully my daughter has already done that. They told us that we would have to provide records on our credit card to prove that we had paid the $150. What kind of recordkeeping is that? What business does not keep a record of how much their gift cards are worth? We do have the bank statements for $150 but I dont see why the proof is on our end. It may be that the manager or the other woman at the front desk, who is not the owner, is keeping the money for herself.

I have been a client for 4 years now and I swear by my treatments at The Lash & Wax Boutique! Carol and all of her highly trained technicians know their stuff. As curly as my hair is, my lashes are stick straight. I was nervous initially, because, well, what could go wrong, right?! Well, my initial treatment was with Carol, the owner and she is dynamite! Calm and collected, Carol talked me through my treatment so I would be comfortable, relaxed and reassured while she gently prepared my lashes to be treated. The whole process for a lift and tint takes less than an hour, and ones eyes are closed (obviously) the entire time. Sometimes my eyes get twitchy especially if I am chatting with the technician, so I really need to be relaxed! With a delicate touch, I ofter doze off! In no time, I was batting my luxurious lashes at myself in the mirror! The effect last for weeks. And is a real Game Changer! Thank you Carol and Crew! Say Goodbye to your lash curling contraption and mascara ;-)
