Since our 2016 window blinds purchase, we've had 3 repair visits since then. Each time, Sonya and her crew made timely visits, making the necessary repairs to the affected blinds, and explaining component updates from the manufacturers of our blinds, in this case Lafayette. Manufacturer's mechanical/updates of these blinds, necessitated the replacement of OEM parts, with newly-updated/strengthened parts. SDS's repair-technician, Preston, did a great/fast job repairing/updating the parts that failed, backing up the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" of these Lafayette blinds.Sonya, thanks again for the great work and, standing by the Limited Lifetime Warranties of the products Seattle Design Solutions sells. Will continue to recommend Seattle Design Solutions for window treatments, and other services they perform!

Seattle Design Solutions is exceptional!!  Its owner, Sonja Sylling, is very capable and knowledgeable about window coverings.  Her pricing is reasonable and she deals with major well known suppliers.  She's also very personable and hands-on - easy to work with.   Sonja was able to deliver our window shades when other, larger companies were not.  I highly recommend doing business with Seattle Design Solutions.

Sonja was very responsive and her rates were very reasonable. She has a large selection and helped me decide on the right shades and materials. Two years later when some of our blinds accidentally got de-programmed, she stopped by to re-program them without cost. Amazing customer service.
