customer service is non existent. Cant call and talk to anyone. Emails and calls are not returned. No technical assistance at all.

Fantastic company Fantastic customer service. I thought one of the batteries I bought was to big for the space. I wrote and asked if I drove the battery back to them if they would exchange it for two smaller batteries. They responded right away. They agreed to do so! Turns out the battery fit just fine in our center console and I did not have to. But man it was good for them to be helpful really grateful for that. Because of shortages batteries where on back order. They let me know they where on back order. Nothing they can do about that. All businesses are facing shortages. It took two months for them to ship.

I paid up big $ for this battery to use as a power supply for my garmin livescope because my time fishing is limited and valuable to me. I am extremely disappointed , first the charger failed, now I had to pay extra money to ship back a clearly dead battery that happened to ruin my fishing trip (again). They said they would ship me a new one, never received anything so I had to fight with customer service to just get a reply that theyre out of stock and theyll send me one when they get one? For the 250$ I spent originally, I won't even waste my time with them anymore, won't give them a chance to ruin my day fishing, won't pay more money to ship back another faulty battery, won't waste my time trying to get an answer from customer service. I went ahead and bought an amped outdoors battery so that I'm not paying for a boat that I can't use and am back on the lake . If Dakota ever sends me back my replacement it will just sit on a horizontal surface somewhere at this point. Save the frustration/time/ and money and spend your hard earned money else where.
