USA Auto Glass + Batteries

Avoid this shop unless you want to be insulted. I scheduled an appointment over the phone to replace my front windshield. On the phone, it said the time would be 1.5 hours. Therefore, I cleared out my work schedule in the afternoon and drove over there to get it fixed. After I arrived at the shop, an employee named Li said it was going to take 2 hours. That didn't work for me, since I would be needing my car by then. I mentioned that on the phone it said 1.5 hours. Li handed over my key to me and told me "you can call John (the owner I presume) [to resolve the scheduling.]" Very rude and unprofessional. Asking your customers to resolve your scheduling issues with the owner is not great. The owner and the employees should work them out first. This is a very bad customer experience for the following reasons: - First, the shop didn't keep its promises on the phone. The time estimate was inconsistent between the customer service and the employees. - Second, a customer usually doesn't want to resolve the miscommunication within a shop. Please don't ask us to resolve your operation problems. - Third, handing over the key to a customer is never a good attitude. Very passive aggressive. I merely recited what I was told over the phone. Such attitude was really unnecessary. - Last, no apologies were given at the time of this post.

John and his crew did a GREAT JOB on the window for our church shuttle bus. I was having difficulty finding a replacement, and/or finding a company that could cut a new piece of glass. John did it, and for far less money and in less time than what others had suggested - and even tinted to match! Definitely recommend this place if you need glass repair or replacement.
