I can't speak to most of the negative reviews, as I've only visited this place on weekends for the morning "early bird special" - $5.99 for a plate of great food, including a fabulous scone. But, when I've been there, it has been generally quiet, the service has been incredibly fast, attentive, and friendly (no begrudging me my 4 or 5 coffee refills at all), and it has just been a great experience. Bathroom is super clean and awesome, too.

Owner, I would like to inform you that your manager was very rude and made accusations toward my family and myself. I was celebrating my sons graduation and chose your restaurant to make this a happy moment in our lives. Your manager absolutely ruined this day with his attitude and his remarks. He was unrealistic and downright offensive, I chose to leave before things escalated into a confrontation with him. Even after we went outside he still chose to say derogatory comments to me standing in the doorway. I have never been treated so badly, I hope that he is not face of your business, because if he is I will never return or refer your business to any of my friends, family, and business associates. NOT GOOD!

I've given this restaurant more than a few chances to change my mind. The service is always horrible; the food is ok but overpriced; the ambiance is pretentious and euro-trashy. The times I've been, their taps were dry, the staff was inattentive, and it took forever for food to come out. There are so many better places in Roosevelt to go - stay away from this one!

please clear your phone messages.. your mailbox is full.. tried to call for an order @ 11:30 no answer. the google site says you are open @ 11:00 am...I went to another site and it says 3- 2 am.
