        The staff here is so helpful, and the manager herself even walked me around the store, helping me with the items I needed and giving me options to fit my budget. I it and always feel like I'm getting the best products when I walk out!

        My first time being at this store.. I walked in with questions already prepared and I knew what I was looking for, as far as product ..but, not brand.. and the manager herself asked me if I was looking for something in particular.. I started saying what I was looking for .. not only did she help me find everything I needed but, also showed me why and how the product works.. she was kind, supportive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and extremely helpful .. she was extremely patient with me and all of my 20 questions .. above and beyond expectations.. places like this can be overwhelming and intimidating and I loved my experience so much I downloaded the app and plan to be back.

        I absolutely hate coming to this location. The employee are rude, unprofessional and act like they hate waiting on customers. Customer service is not what they are about. I don't know if it is because everyone who works here is young. And that is how our society is now. But it is so disappointing. Specially when makeup is so expensive.
