Brittany and the other gal were able to pull up my order, return and refund both the unopened product AND the product I had been halfway through! Since it was outside the return window I had to have it refunded to a store merch card, which can only be used in-store. The products I returned are only available online, but they placed an order for me from their register which DOES allow store merch cards to be used! So I have a new product on the way, didn't have to spend any additional money on it, and am overall just so pleased with the help and service I received. Thank you so much ladies, I will be back!!
