I visited this location on 1/18/15. When I walked in, one of the girls behind the counter said, "What are you looking for?!" Just like that. RUDE! As I walked towards the counter, I could see the shoes I was looking for so I asked if I could see the Nike Flyknit 4.0 in my size. She sent another girl to go get some in the colors I wanted and when she came back, she said she couldn't find one of them. I said, "So, you have it, you just can't find it...or?" She says, "We don't have them." Um, OK. When I opened one of the boxes, there was only one shoe. I asked for the other one and it turned out to the be the display shoe so she handed it to me. I'm supposed to buy one display shoe that everyone has tried on and handled and then one new shoe?!?! The color I wanted was out of stock but the girl said she could order them for me. I told her that was fine so she started to take all of my information and she kept getting it wrong. After repeating myself over and over again, I got so fed up, I asked her if I could just order them myself. She looks at the girl who must have been the manager or something and she sort of shrugs and says, "Yeah, I guess." I walked out. What a terrible experience!
