Awesome store, soon as you walk in you're greeted and the guys were ready to help. Jack especially was helping me out with what I was looking for. They were all super friendly and outgoing. And all seemed to get along with each other well. Real clean, laid-back shop.

Pretty laid back space in the mall. The guys are easy to connect with--calm, yet extroverted. It's a welcoming shop!

Their commitment to the Zumiez brand, coupled with their genuine passion for the craft, truly sets a gold standard. I have long been a patron of Zumiez, having made several purchases from your locations nationwide. Every visit has been marked by enjoyable interactions with your team. Today's experience, however, stood out. I came in with a very specific product in mind - a board from DB Longboards out of Tacoma. Yet, Hayden, with his profound product knowledge and understanding of my requirements, introduced me to an alternative brand, Land Yacht. His suggestion reflected not just product expertise, but a genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction. The camaraderie and spirit at this location were palpable, with both Rayleigh and Hayden leading by example. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and it's evident that they view themselves not merely as employees, but as integral family members of the Zumiez brand. Love this store. They welcome you as you come in. Very friendly, eager to help. Great variety of merchandise. Prices for all budgets and good sales.
