        We went in on Black Friday and we found amazing customer service from Jesse, the store manager! He helped us get the whole family outfitted with incredible snowboarding packages. Was patient and took his time, even though it was busy and he was short staffed. When the kids inevitably grow, we will be back!!

        By far the best Zumiez Ive ever experienced-The customer service is top notch. I went to another zumiez and was struggling with the Jean wall for 15 min before I ended up leaving while Sales Associates were standing around talking. The moment I stepped into this zumiez I was greeted and had a Sales Associate helping me immediately.
