Dr. Collier and her staff are the best! She is the best animal Opthamologist ever!!!! Yes she is slow but she is older......and so happy we found her! Gonna miss her and the staff. Dang freakin’ Covid

Took 3 hours for a call back check up appointment just to get some eye drops.

I’m here right now and it took 2 hours to be seen! I finally said that is enough and told the receptionist that it is very unprofessional to have people wait that long and left. While logging my dog a bathroom break before getting back in the car to drive over an hour home a vet tech came out and said she was ready so I decided to go in. The doctor is nice but I will not be taking my animals here again due to how poorly managed they are. When going to pay their credit card machine was down and asked if I had a check. Sorry but I haven’t carried a checkbook in years! She then asked if I could come back later today when it’s working to pay. Umm no. I said she could mail it and although she hesitated she said okay. I asked if she could print me an invoice. Their printer doesn’t work. I asked if she could email it to me. They don’t have email! I’ve now been here 3 hours and am still waiting for eye drops! At this point the service is almost comical. Please don’t stress yourself out by coming here.

Its time saved to go to Seattle. This vet makes her clients wait for hours and hours, even if you are the first appointment in the morning.
