Hi Danielle, we're sorry you don't agree with the response from your previous Facebook review. To get a fuller picture of the encounter, we will copy/paste PMC's response to your previous review for PMC below.Danielle, we always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark, however your recollection of your/ your Gramma's visit differs from ours and people in the lobby during that time. The appointment in question was one that she scheduled for 1/29/24 and that she /you did not show up for. When you arrived on 2/29/24, we looked back in our scheduler and saw the missed appointment. To double check, we checked our automated reminder system logs. This shows an email was sent confirming the1/29/24 appointment, which was opened/viewed on 1/24/24. There was then another reminder email sent on 1/27/24, which was opened/viewed twice- the last time being 1/29/24 at 1235pm (for the appt that day at 4pm). No one showed up for the appointment. When you and your gramma arrived on 2/29/24 at 330pm, we looked and saw the above and let you know that the appointment had been 1 month prior and had been missed. Our receptionist very kindly said they would check to see if we could get your pet squeezed in the same day. The response from gramma was "well I surely hope so since this was your mistake". Despite the afternoon being fully booked and even double-booked in places, our team kindly was able to fit this appointment in with a 15-20 minute wait. When this information was relayed to you/gramma, gramma became irritated that we weren't immediately seeing her, however gramma said she would wait since her pet was being boarded soon and she needed the vaccine. You/gramma went to wait in the lobby and started loudly saying how it was "f***ing bulls**" that we would do this and it was our "god da**" fault" and "I drove all the way here god da** it, so I'll be seen". One of our receptionists had to come to you/gramma and let you know that there was an owner euthanizing their pet very in a room very close to you and to please be respectful of them and others in the lobby. Despite all of this, we performed your pet's unscheduled visit and you were out the door at 408pm (after arriving around 330pm). Unfortunately, this was not the first time abrasive or aggressive language had been used by gramma at our hospital. This does not allow for us to provide a calm, professional, or caring environment for our team, clients or patients and so the decision was made to have you/gramma seek veterinary care elsewhere.
