    I would not recommend this place. Integrity issues, combined with a lack of service. The service department needs to reflect on how they themselves would like to be treated when their personal RVs are being serviced. Never have I felt so disrespected & disregarded. I WILL NEVER go back to this place. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from this local business. I WILL be sharing my experience through social media and WILL get the word out that BLUE DOG HORRIBLE.

    This June 2022 we bought a fifth wheel Grand Design. We came back because of Charlie Barr he is awesome at first he didn’t remember us but as we started talking he started to. It had been at least 4 or 5 years since we had been there. We had bought a trailer some where else and found out it wasn’t what we wanted. I had a list of the ones we wanted to see and he was really great explaining what he had to show us. We looked and didn’t find the one that spoke to us, Charlie said he had something coming in and he’d call or email us when it came in. Which he did it was just what we wanted so once we looked at it he had a sale. The man we signed all the paperwork with was awesome as well. I thought we really lucked out, we had heard so many disappointed conversations that were terribly bad, but I thought it was hot air and people just being jerks. When we had our hitch installed the service person was great I sure wish I could remember his name. There was no problem and he explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. When we came to pick up our little Sassie the walk through was good there were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of and Stephen said he’d put the request in and we would here back soon. There was a drawer that the wood not flush when shut. Stephen said if it bothered me that it would be fixed. Yes it bothers me a lot.When we got her home went to hook her to the electrical and couldn’t find the power cord. Called Charlie the next day he found it and had it fed x that Monday, as I said above Charlie is one in a million ! We found a couple of other things and called service with no response so once again called Charlie and Jackie called back. Jackie asked us to send picture once again because our email did go through we sent the to Charlie he is our life line. Didn’t hear anything so we called a couple of times with no response. So Charlie got another phone call. He took care of finding Paul and said he’d call me back. Paul called I gave him all the information and that Jackie should have the pictures. He then explained that he’d have to wait for approval from Grand Design that was the first I had heard that. Ok he’d get back to us as soon as he heard anything. I don’t know how many people experienced this but when you call service 9 out of 10 times there is no response. So on 7/22/2022 I called at 8:55am no answer, called back at 10:36am Jackie answered I ask to have Paul return my call. Paul returned my call at 10:56am our service issues were still showing pending he was going to send an email to GD for the status, he took my phone number and said he’d get back to me. There was no response so on 8/8/2022 I called Blue dog left message for Paul to return my call. I have heard nothing. So being frustrated my husband called Charlie once again as my email didn’t go through Charlie said he would have some get back to us the next day or Monday this was the middle of August and you guessed it NO RESPONSE. EVEN WITH WONDERFUL SALES PEOPLE LIKE CHARLIE you can’t get the service department to do there jobs. So at the end of this we still are waiting and last is Blue DOG SERVICE IS living up to all the talk. Service sucks

    Last year we bought a Grand Design pull trailer from Blue Dog RV. Charles Barr was our sales associate. We had been shopping for a new trailer for a couple of years. Charlie was very patient with us. We finally found the RV pull trailer we loved. We ordered our trailer February 2021. Charlie said we would receive it sometime in May. We did our walk through in May. My husband and I had quite the check list with things we wanted in our trailer. One very important thing we wanted was a Porcelain toilet. We didnt think to check the toilet during our walk through. When we took it out for our first trip we noticed it was plastic. We had a few things that needed fixed and one of the things was a different toilet. Parts at Blue Dog called Grand Design. They were not much help. I called Grand Design myself still no help. Called Charlie and he said I should have called him sooner. Charlie paid for a new toilet for us. He said he remember us telling him a porcelain toilet was important to us. Go see Charlie at Blue Dog RV. When he says he will take care of you he truly means it!

    We purchased a 2019 Artic Wolf 5th wheel from Blue Dog in Post Falls. We went back to Blue Dog after having had a good experience working with them with our 2011 Laredo which we bought new from them as well. When we purchased the 5th wheel it came with a life time warranty and we were encouraged to buy an extended warranty to cover those things not covered by the the lifetime warranty. We've had the 5th wheel in on numerous occasions for repairs but in most instances where told that the warranty doesn't cover things. This has been a continual theme. Today we tried to make an appointment for our annual warranty check up. We had tried to make an appointment over the phone, left a message as instructed, but were never contacted. So we physically went to Blue Dog. We were instructed to wait for Jacquie to help us. We waited for an extended amount of time without anyone paying any attention to us. After finally complaining Jacquie finally engaged with us and said she could get us an appointment in June. (3 months to get an appointment) This service department is horrible. I don't know if Jacob is still with them but he was just as bad. I would never recommend anyone to Blue Dog because of the service department at the Pasco store.
