We were in our way to Montana from Central Oregon a few days before Thanksgiving in our motor home. Spent the night on the way. Realised, much to our dismay we had zero water pressure. Called two R.V. places for assistance. Told they were two weeks out. Called Clickit RV in Pasco and we were told to bring our rig on in. It was a Convenient location. We were greeted by a sales person as soon as we drove in, who showed my Husband to the service department, while I was inside our motor home the sales person informed me of what was going on. My Husband came back and we drove to the service department where we were immediately met by a service technician. We were there 5 minutes, our problem was solved and No Charge! We feel that if we had gone anywhere else we would not have had the honesty, professionalism and courtesy that we received from Clickit.
