Fantastic service. Airlines canceled and/or changed my flights out of Kenya and France about 5 times. Each time I had to contact Capital West and they changed their pickup times and places (different airport from original). They did not charge extra, as long as I let them know as soon as there were changes. This occurred on the final day of pickup, so I was not able to tell them more than 24 hours before, and they still did not charge extra. I'm sure this really messed up the drivers plans, but they did not complain and picked me up at the right time and place. On the way back they were willing to stop for a short time at a grocery store near my home since I did not have much food at home after being gone for almost 2 months in Africa. They have my future business for sure.
