Extremely poor customer service. Waited at 2:30 pickup at SeaTac. They randomly changed the pickup time 4pm. Stay away from these guys

They should get 5 x2... our flight was 5 hours late but they still had a place for us. Also I forgot my phone in the van but somebody dug it out (slipped between the seats). Over the top service!

Capital Airporter was the company that started it all for our 8 day family reunion in Florida. We ordered the private van and you cannot beat the price to get 16 to the airport on time and back home again safely. Both drivers were very nice and COURTEOUS. Dave set us up initially and made the experience great. I would recommend Capital aeroporter to any family group or individual trying to get to the airport on time.

Jason was a great driver, kept us entertained and gave great instructions. He said good morning, identified himself. His customer service was on point. He should train all your drivers. He is a rock star!!

He did not talk to us at all in the van. He did not tell us who was getting dropped of first. Thomas needs to spend some time with Jason. Jason represents your business very well.

Really appreciate this company's attention to details like flight coordination and customer service, especially since my flight was delayed an hour and I missed my connection to Seattle because of several mystery delays by Delta. Judd(?) the dispatcher lined me up with a new shuttle right away by phone and I didn't have to sit on hold with them. Very easy process to get tickets online as well. The van was clean. Karla was a great driver for our group. As someone who used to do that sort of work myself, I appreciated the fun conversation with her and the other passengers while at the same time I felt safe with her driving. I've used other shuttle transports in other cities where I wasn't sure they would get me home alive, but I'll be using Premier again next time I fly into Seattle for sure.
