Golden Plumbing

We have tried to call and email Natasha back to understand what she is upset about. She has not responded to us. It very frustrating when a customer will not discuss their concerns with you before leaving a public review. I will say that a former employee didn’t fill out the invoice correctly. If you can read, there are actually 3 tasks performed for air gap line item. This employee no longer works for me and had to be let go for not repeatedly filling out paperwork correctly. I am not a fan of this customer posting the technicians name and I think that is a privacy concern I have reported to Google. After numerous discussions and training sessions, I had to let this employee go. I have since decided to not employ workers due to quality concerns, jobsite behavior and thoroughness.We also spent an hour thoroughly going through her home to point out the numerous plumbing code violations we saw in the home. This home had plumbing installed by un-licensed plumbers and the home owner knew this before we even arrived. She hired us to do an audit on the code violations. This Job was also performed many months before this review. So I am curious to think if this maybe not a legit review from the actual homeowners. Google doesn’t verify or make sure a customer has tried to resolve problems with businesses.
