Septic Alert

I called to have some of my properties septic pumped and i was completely shocked with how the gentleman treated me. I was told by the owner that "he was the largest septic company on whidbey island and that he did not need my business. To which not to call him ever again." I am so thankful i did not give my money to this company, i am appauled :(

Just saw this company vehicle driving like a jerk and blocking the flow of traffic, when another driver tried to pass them, they sped up to prevent the car from passing and then slammed on their brakes coming pretty much to a stop in a 50mph zone once it went back to one lane. Almost caused a pile up for the couple of us vehicles behind him. Anyone behaving like this toward whidbey's residents likely doesn't deserve the business of those residents that they are endangering with their road rage and lack of self control behind the wheel.

I have used them over the years and they have always been very professional. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how my specific system works and why a part failed. Fair prices and great service!
