We've been using Energy Works for our new furnace and heat pump for the last 4 years and they always exceed our expectations when it comes to quality of service and professionalism. EnergyWorks was great. The receptionist was polite and professional and Nathan explained the status of my furnace and AC in clear terms. He also addressed my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. He communicated promptly, keeping me informed of when parts arrived and I was scheduled and serviced promptly afterwards and at the quoted price. Service: HVAC maintenance

We hired a cheap installer for our minisplit system. Needless to say, we started having major drainage issues within three years. We hired Energy Works for an assessment and they provided a well-thought out plan to address the drainage issue. They were very thorough and detail oriented. Their team did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Their customer service was fantastic.
