A minor gas leak in my furnace prompted me to call EnergyWorksNW. Riley came out the following day, fixed the leak, and gave me a plethora of helpful information, including advising me to get new carbon monoxide detectors, removing furnace related papers from on top of the furnace that had clearly gotten so hot as to start burning, and showed me how to ignite the pilot light on the water heater, as well as other important things I may need to know. Very helpful and thorough.

The Energy Works team is professional, responsive, and dedicated to their profession. We have worked with Rich and the talented team he has assembled since 2017/8 on many number of projects with great success. I appreciate their ability to problem solve and create solutions for the challenging remodels we throw at them, with pride, knowledge, and experience.

Edit: I think any reader will notice the dishonest response by the business owner, who had received the attached video before I wrote this review, below. The video speaks for itself. In April of 2023, I installed a ~$23,000 HVAC system from Energy Works, including heat pump, high efficiency furnace, and filter. It worked great throughout the summer. However, as soon as it got cold enough to use the furnace (below 40-45 degrees F outside), the mechanical noises started. I notified Energy Works at the beginning of December (before December 6th) that a loud mechanical noise had begun. They didn't send anyone out to take a look at it until January 12th. When the technician did visit, he attempted a short term fix (which seems to have made things worse) as well as point out that the system was likely sized incorrectly and that the main office will have to get back to me about a more permanent fix. It's a week later now and the main office only says "a little noise can be set aside for a bit." Well, it's already been 1.5 months since I told them about it and still no progress on a mechanical noise that could lead to excessive wear and tear on my HVAC system.

Our furnace had a problem and we contacted Energy Works. Bow and Marcus were wonderful in identifying the problem which they promptly repaired! They were fantastic and my wife and I are so grateful that they could get to the repair so quickly during this unusually cold weather!!
