No matter what GameStop I go into, the people are always nice, it is wide open and easy to walk around, and they are willing to help me find what I want. It is very hard to drive past a GameStop without stopping.

Dude GameStop is the place for collectables if you collect toys Funko pops anything like that it's really the only place in Moses lake that you can find that kinda stuff the staff is always friendly and they have an awesome vibe

Went into GameStop today to pick up the GTA Trilogy game I pre-ordered and was told months ago when I bought it, it would be available the 7th of December. I've been seeing the news about the updates they were putting in last minute, but didn't see or think to look up delays till my visit. Mitchell was a man of extremely short fuse and rudely told me idk who told you it was the 7th. So with his rude attitude I took my money back for game so I can get it somewhere else later on

Went through the trouble of contacting the store in order to find out about game release to be told there is a 9pm release event! Showed up at 9:10 with multiple people outside the door and others in cars while its raining. Employees inside worked and let people sit outside for 40 minutes in the rain without telling them anything till they closed up shop and said the event was over. Worst experience Ive ever had!!
