IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS THAT HE DESERVES, I WOULD! I recently had an unfortunate experience with Scott Gibson at Pacific Crest Savings Bank who displayed clear favoritism towards the sellers agent they were working with, to the detriment of me as the client. Throughout the process of purchasing a multi-family property, the broker consistently showed a preference for the real estate agent's needs and desires over my own. Not only did the mortgage broker prioritize the interests of the real estate agent (being in collaboration with real estate agent), but they also made several errors in important details, including incorrectly identifying who the borrower and guarantor on the loan should be. This kind of mistake is unacceptable in the mortgage industry, as it can have serious consequences for both the borrower and lender. Additionally, the mortgage broker demonstrated deliberate and self-serving or a lack of knowledge when it came to important aspects of the purchasing process, such as how to best take title to the property and the intricacies of escrow. As a result, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the entire process. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Scott Gibson at Pacific Crest Savings Bank. It was clear that their loyalty lay more with the real estate agent than the client, and their lack of attention to detail and expertise only added to my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this loan officer to anyone looking to purchase a property, as their unprofessional behavior and lack of competence left me with a negative impression of Pacific Crest Savings Bank.

Been banking with Pacific Crest Savings Bank, and its former names, since 1999. No complaints, staff provides excellent service.
