Joel, We are sorry for the experience you had. My team and I are frustrated with the experience as well. While we checked with our underwriting partners ahead of time to see if your type of business was eligible for coverage and were told that it was, after submitting your application for insurance we were told that it was not eligible due to the type of business, not mileage, and the policy was cancelled for that reason. We did extend coverage to you from the time you purchased the coverage in mid-June to the time the policy cancelled in mid-July to allow time to find another policy and a portion of your one month of premium paid for the coverage you had during that month was refunded. My team member reached out to try and discuss this with you but did not hear back. Again, we apologize for the experience and regret any inconvenience this may have created.
