Im so happy with the service I experienced with Gen Munoz. Gen was knowledgeable and helpful! She took the time to sit down and explain the process to me and genuinely listened to my needs. Not only is Gen professional and competent in her role, but she is also very charismatic, making all communication with her enjoyable. Melissa was extremely helpful when it came time for me to change insurance companies. I had to add a new, young driver on to my policy and my old insurance company had rates that shot straight through the roof. Melissa helped solve the problem. Not only was she able to help me get the best rate on my car insurance she talked me through the benefits I'd receive when bundling my home owners with State Farm as well. I was provided with great information and had all my questions answered promptly and confidently. If Melissa was unsure of an answer to my question or a solution to an issue that was on my mind she hunted down the answer/solution for me. I've now been using State Farm for several months and I am very happy with my rates and the tools I have via their very intuitive app. I will definitely be sending friends her way should they be in the market for a great insurance agent!
