Beacon Plumbing - Lakewood

Very impressed with level of service and professionalism. I called multiple plumbers and Beacon was very responsive. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for and plumbing is definitely one of those things you don't want to mess with. I will be calling them again.

Gato and his driver the got there and when to business they keep me update on everything the was happening and they fix my problem they didn't left me hanging they told care of me and my property amazing people.

Beacon plumbing is a joke of a company. They do half @** work ruined the property line between me and my neighbors house. They over charged him for the work the put in. Cut off my house access to the sewer line. They are rude and try to pass blame around until you bring 100% proof to them. Then they can't even give a time to make it right. Don't use beacon plumbing all you do when you call beacon is start freakn.

I recently had a plumbing crisis and Beacon was the only company available on a Sunday afternoon. They were not up front about their pricing. They quoted us initially one amount and then charged us $800 more after the work was done. They claim to be "up front" with their pricing, however both my spouse and I understood the same thing when they explained the price prior to the work being done, yet that was not anywhere near the actual price. They are ripping people off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you call them for services. When I emailed customer service, I got a very delayed and robotic response and they clearly do not care. There was no apology. WAIT for a different company if you can otherwise they will take advantage of you.

Very expensive! $100.00 for a house call plus another $427.00 to unplug the sink. The plumber was good and worked fast but I think $527.00 was to excessive.
