Prompt and friendly service. I had a clog in my sewer line. I had several plumbers tell me they couldn't help me over the phone, but Baileys came to the rescue. They were willing to roll up their sleeves and figure out the problem when other companies wouldn't even try.

My septic tank was very full and needed to be pumped out immediately. He was able to schedule me in the next day early that morning, was upfront with costs, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. When he was finished, he showed me the empty tank, checked the baffold and had me do a flush test. He was recommended by the plumbing company that was here the day before and was appreciative that they recommended him. We will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend! Side note: Don't wait for your tank to overflow before you have it pumped. 😬 💩💩💩 ➡️ Also, cost is entirely dependent on the size of your tank, whether or not the access hole needs to be dug up, and the city fee. Estimates over the phone are exactly just that.

(FYI: I've pump out my tank every 5 years for the last 20 years.) I asked for worse case price and was quoted $385. Had all lids exposed so no digging was required. Deceitful communication! Bid low to get job... He didn't include the cost of cleaning out the pump tank and then used scare tactics about how the tank needed extra cleaning or it would ruin my drain field. By the time the job was finished I was handed a bill for $761 including tax. If you use this guy get a written quote first. The more I think about it the more scammed I feel.
