I occasionally use this daycare for drop in. It's always clean! The Admin staff is amazing. They're always available to answer any of my questions. I've been able to drop my kiddos off last minute. My kids really enjoy going here. All the teachers are very sweet. My experiences with this daycare have been great.

Teachers and staff @ Lake Stevens and Marysville are great in our experience. The kids are happy and safe when theyre there. The parent corporation is extremely & consistently unprofessional, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant.

My Son went here for a month and suddenly he was not going anymore.  I found out from him 7 days after the fact, he's 7 years old.  Long story short, his mom, who is a certified POS, is irresponsible and failed to fill out some paperwork which resulted in his withdrawal.  My bank account was charged $722 for the Month! (try enrolling your child in the Lake Stevens boys and girls club, they are way more affordable). I called the Kid N US Billing office and left 4 voicemails.  This morning, I called the billing office again 3 times in a row, and instead of the normal answering machine, someone on the billing end was purposely ending my call, no option to leave a voicemail , I called the main Kid N US and told them this is unacceptable and that I will go to my bank and leave a negative review if this isn't fixed.  Guess who called less than 2 minutes after I got off the phone.  BILLING, and the giggling woman on the other end.  Apparently she couldn't or better yet wouldn't refund me the month back.  I deal with hundreds of companies a year and they all work differently than this organization.  No matter if your child is not attending their school.  if one or more parent fails to fill out the withdrawal paperwork, all suffer and Kids N US get to pocket that money.  Kids N US.  if you're listening.  These reviews will cost you THOUSANDS, so go ahead and keep my $722.  Ill get that back in small claims court.  Other than their garbage billing department, my son had a gash on his head that drew blood from a kid throwing a toy at him.  He said the kid didn't even get in trouble.  This is NOT the place your child needs to go.  Look at the Boys and Girls club in your area instead.  It will save you heartache, an injured child, Time and money!  If I could give zero stars I would.

If you want receipts of payment, I suggest being on top of you're statements. They charge $25 for more than one receipt. This place is a joke.
