After an estimator was sent out I was informed that the company was "too busy" and due to the "scope of the job" would not be presenting a bid for the repair. It was a relatively small repair of flashing replacement as well as wood siding replacement for a small chimney. If a company is so "busy" why even send out an estimator? This is a clear case of ' pick and choose' . It was a small job, how could it not be done over a larger job citing " too busy?" Reviews and word of mouth will have the final say.

I called to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and check the roof. The day before the appointment someone calls saying they have to cancel...with no explanation...and after the awkward silence i asked if they can reschedule...she says no he's not able to do it....Not a single apology. Super unprofessional. Would give zero stars if i could.
