*** Edit/Update: Owner reached out directly after learning of my experience. He has been wonderful to work with and you can tell that customer experience is extremely important to him. He immediately got a technician out to re-assess our roof the same day and after review, got a new cleaning team out asap to finish cleaning the roof to quality standards. Our roof truly does look great now and we are very appreciative of the level of care provided through this secondary experience. I do believe my original experience was likely a one-off given everyone else's reviews and how good my experience has been through this "correction" process. I updated my star count from 3 to 4. I didn't choose a 5 because, although my secondary experience has been 5 star, I don't want to fully discount the original experience. Will now consider them for future jobs. *** Am honestly a little surprised at my experience given all of the 5 star reviews. Would have given 2.5 stars because I feel like 2 is harsh but a 3 star will do. Communication was extremely lacking - tried to use the "chat" online and supposedly my information/request was lost. Any time I have tried to call, the person I need to speak to, whether paying an invoice, asking a question about my service, or scheduling my appt, is "unavailable" and has to call back. First of two cleaning appointments went fine but was never told whether the second appt would need to happen or not (it was subject to what they saw during the first appt). Received a random text message a few weeks later saying they needed to come sooner due to weather but I never even knew when the second appt was scheduled for, let alone scheduled at all - this text came on a Friday as I was heading out of town and they said they were going to be coming the next day so I was unable to be there when the second appt took place. The dirtiest part of our roof that needed the most cleaning looked better after all was said and done but was very "stripey" from the parts that the pressure washer must have missed. Maybe that's all that could be done and is the result they expected, but again, no communication - just a text form them that said "I saw your roof and it looks great! We'll send you an invoice". I planned to reach out to see if they would come take care of it because I think my definition of "great" must be different, but after everything leading up to that point I just decided it wasn't worth the time/effort. I feel bad leaving a non-favorable review and would have typically just reached out directly to explain my experience but as mentioned, every time I try to call nobody who I need to talk to is available. Pro Roofing NW was amazing to work with, they had the job completed before other companies would even respond with a quote! They were on time, on budget, and did an excellent job installing a new roof on a small building in our backyard. I’d definitely work with them again!

ProRoofing is top notch company. Their end product will go head to head with any other high end roffing company. They did a tear off directly into a bin in driveway, cleaned up nightly, left very little mess at all. I ordered black moire roof and had chimeny painted with high end cap finish. They also fixed fascia on mopped in gutters, which are very hard to keep water tight. They used PVC layup that now will not leak for decades. Very happy. Services: Roof installation, Loft ventilation

I was very impressed with the project manager Andres and his foreman Valentin. They were extremely communicative with me during the whole project. The company did a great job on each of the elements. Their crew worked very hard to complete the job. I would highly recommend pro roofing for your roofing needs.
