My experience at the Totem Lake store was well beyond my highest expectations. My family and I have been through countless carrier changes and have worked with many sales people and customer service individuals. the experience has typically been painful at best. Madison was the associate in the store who helped us. Her level of knowledge, her support, her follow up and her warm and friendly demeanor made the process of changing carriers from Verizon to T-Mobile a pleasure. We selected our plan and purchased our iPhones through T-Mobile online. It was a challenging process. We have a family plan that includes 4 people. After trying to navigate through the set up over the phone I decided that we needed more direct support. I called the Totem Lake store and got Madison. She assured me that she could help in porting over the four phone numbers, she could help to insure our data transfer and she could help us with the general set up of the phones. Our Verizon plan was quite complicated but Madison was able to mine through the information. She spent hours moving our account, setting us up and giving us tutorials on how to most effectively use our new iPhones (mind you we've been iPhone owners for years and we learned more in the time with her than all of our trips to the Genius Bar at Apple). As a last example of Madison's service she actually called after we completed the transition to check-in and see if there was anything else she could do for us. Who does that? I bought an expensive european car recently and got a form letter. I highly recommend switching to T-Mobile and working with Madison in the Kirkland store. It restored my belief that there are individuals out there who have been trained well and know what they're doing.

Nice store with helpful staff. Conveniently located by other carriers so you can literally walk to another store to see what the others have to offer.
