Worst Metro by far, literally bottom of the barrel as far as transparency and ability to help. I am not the type to write reviews, but this one compelled me to let people know that their low reviews are very much justified! They'll gladly take your money, but after that if you have a problem, they'll be like Call customer service!

The CSR at this location was very helpful, conversational, and informative regarding my situation with my service. I've been here twice and both were good experiences!

Service was speedy and nice. Highly recommend. The negative reviews are years old definitely not my experience. Ive been to the Bellevue store too which is bigger but had some issues there so went here this time and am glad I did!
