        The gentleman who I spoke with was very knowledgeable about tge properties and helped me with my search to find real estare that fit my needs.

        We attempted to buy a lot that he had listed. He was slow to communicate to our agent. They drug their feet in responding to any communication we had. He was slow to share information. and at one point kept telling us a counter offer was on the way for 2 weeks straight. at that point we looked at buying another lot and decided that we would not be willing to work with a realtor that operates in that fashion. He wasted so much of our time that we missed out on another lot that went pending while we where waiting for their response. We Will never conduct any Transaction that involves the Land man....
