Reluctantly having to sell our home of 32 years, and being lost as how to do so, we turned to SASH Realty to handle things for us. Rebecca and Veronica took over the effort, basically saying to either lead, or get out of the way. So we got out of the way and let them do their thing. They put a lot of effort into preparing the house for sale, morphing it from a nice lived in home to a showpiece. The result was that the house got far more attention from prospective buyers than we would have ever expected and sold for far more than we thought it would. These two ladies are miracle workers whom I would readily endorse to prepare and sell anyones house for them. Over the course of this exercise they went from being just two real estate personnel to being valued friends.

Brandon Tuttle persevered over one year working with a reverse mortgage short sale property during the pandemic shutdown. The lender was often non-responsive and the vacant property was over 90 miles from his office. He worked with an attorney, gathered multiple contracts, kept track of critical dates, and in short did whatever was required to get this property closed. He was a professional and a joy to work with. He demonstrated creativity and the ability to go the extra mile finding a solution for every barrier encountered.
