Jim Burton did a great job of explaining the entire process of selling the home at the beginning and through the end. He made himself available to answer questions when needed. The home that Jim sold was unoccupied, and so he did a wonderful job of making sure that the home was always clean and tidy before and after each showing. Jim is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. I would, and have recommended him to other people.

Jim Burton of Better Properties is one of the finest realtors we have ever known. We had the pleasure of letting him sell our house. I feel the first thing to be said about Jim is that he is a man of the highest integrity!! My husband and I have had the privilege of working with Jim on four different occasions. Our first time was buying our first house. The second time is when we needed to sell a house belonging to a family member that had passed. This was a very difficult time for us, but we knew the only person we could trust to help us was Jim. The third time was selling our house and the fourth time was buying our forever home. Jims knowledge of the industry, his devotion to finding us the right home and his beyond incredible communication with us always made us feel that everything was going to okay and it would all work out. Jim not only supplied us with the details of the houses we looked at but also checked into the details of the surrounding area. Jim is very detailed in his work which makes you feel like you can sit back, relax, and know you are being taken care of. Jim is extremely responsive to questions, even our late-night emails and texts. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process and even checked in with us when we got moved in. I cant end this without saying that Jim started out as just our realtor but has become a trusted friend who we are truly blessed to have.
