Angela was very efficient, great to work with, helpful and fast, I always enjoy coming to this location. I feel in my heart she is a great representative for T-Mobile.

I went in about three days ago to pay a balance that I owed and was only able to pay half at the moment because of their ridiculous prices after one week my total came up to 495 dollars. I explained I could only pay half in the store and I would pay the other half in a week. The lady never set up my payment arrangement instead took my money then shut me off a few days later. Honestly if I wasnt paying a phone off here I would have BEEN gone also all their workers had nothing but attitude the second you walk in. If you dont like ur job quit ?

Theres two girl in here today they didnt even properly greet my partner and i and looked annoyed. They hardly talked and did bare minimum to help us. I asked for the iPhone 13 PRO and was given iPhone 13 they charged me for an adapter I said I didnt want and the girl that wears glasses said the money will be credited to my next phone bill. so we will see if its true or not. I will be back if it is not credited to the next bill. They need to be retrained on their customer service. They had a poor attitude and the other girl was on her phone the entire time.
