This is the best Metro by T-Mobile location I have been to. I was in the search of a new cell phone for my son. I found one at the Metro by T-Mobile dealer at Westfield Southcenter and was ready to finalize the transaction, until I saw charges for my $49 phone go to nearly $200. I understand there's a new line activation fee and prepayment of the first month's service, but when I saw a case and screen protector that I didn't ask for added to my total, I started asking questions. When they declined to remove the case and screen protector, I walked out. I found they weren't the only dealer that automatically adds unwanted accessories to a purchase, either. I called Metro by T-Mobile on Washington Ave. N, and to see if they had a particular device in stock, and they said they did. Having that "used car salesman" feeling with my experience at the mall, I was cautious at first. To my surprise, they were very friendly and honest! They told me about available cases and screen protectors, but it wasn't a requirement to purchase the device at the advertised price. I walked out with the phone we wanted in my hand, and they even gave my son a lollipop! I am so impressed with their honesty and transparency, I plan to revisit this store to switch my service to Metro by T-Mobile, even though I have no complaints with my current provider. This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Great service, honest, and an outstanding experience!
