        Moved our son to Washington and my phone wouldn't charge. The port was broken. I was very upset and tearful knowing I wouldn't be able to take pictures or keep in touch with family.. Luis from Victra was absolutely excellent!! He went to work on getting a new phone set up, alleviated my fears and answered every question. He was very kind, friendly and personable. My husband and my son thought he was great. God bless you Luis and thank you!! Anita
