        Being overcharged - I had gone to the store - adding a line - one of the manager who assisted me charged me center fee twice, when I asked why I got overcharge for, he said “no worries you will credit” - never got the credit - Got I touch with T-Mobile customer service Center and explained the situation- they said “strange” and issues the credit.
