Micki McKinnon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company. I had been with them since 2020 and had bough every policy under the sun with them.When I needed them the most, they were nowhere to be found. Their customer service was nonexistent, before then they had always been friendly and fast to respond. To make matters worse, I did not have the coverage that I had specifically requested. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me when I was already in a vulnerable position. On top of all that, it was clear that the staff had no idea what they were doing. They were constantly giving me conflicting information and seemed completely clueless about how to handle my situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this insurance company to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, and clearly have no regard for their customers. Avoid at all costs.

So I was broken down on the side of the road heading back to Richland just before the bridge. I call the company, given its 110 and it 70 mph there and I am 64. She tells me to call the home office...way to loud and hot...a complete lack of effort empathy or concern. No follow up no nothing, if I didn't have to have insurance they would be out of business. 25 years and probly 10.000 worth of nothing, oh and I had to pay the tow up frount!!!!!!!!!
