        I arrived to Pier imports at 6:45 pm today 8/31/2020 and store hours on the doors states from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The doors were locked and as I knocked three ladies on the cash registered just gave their back ignoring me a customer. As I knocked again one of them gave me a signal waiving her hand across her neck as to what I believed she was trying to tell me they were closed and gave her back to me once again. I called and asked why the doors were closed if store hours state open until 7;00 pm and she stated we let our last customer in at 6:30 pm so she can shop. I can not believe the lack of customer service and professionalism these three ladies portrait a true embarrassment to any company especially when there are still items on display to be sold. I understand their job may becoming to an end soon with pier imports, but one should always strive to work your best until the end as it speaks volume of character.
