Hi, there, I purchased a home about 6 months ago built by New Castle Homes, and I just wanted to let you know that I am not completely happy with the quality of the build. The cabinets are unaligned, not flush in the bathroom and kitchen. Also, there are outlets that are not working on the outside part of the home. And, also the caps on each outlet are not flush to the walls.
The sod laid down is not flush together, you can see where they pieced it together. (Literally gaps)
There is also a part of the front door way concrete that has a huge crack. I would just recommend you guys inspect after each contractor is finished and make sure they do the job right.
I know it may seem like small unimportant things I've pointed out, but being my first home purchase, I was extremely excited to get in my house. After seeing those little details I am sorry to say I am very disappointed.
