        I highly recommend Columbia basin plumbing. Had an emergency after a pipe burst after a cold night. They were able to schedule me same day and fixed the issue with ease. Competitive prices had me charged hundreds less than I was expecting so I am especially grateful for that. Tyler was my laborer, good dude very good customer service explained and broke everything down easily for me to understand. I will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing issues in the future

        Called to have a garbage disposal replaced. Was quoted $550 for a new disposal and $165/hr for labor. I thought that seemed high so I went to Costco, bought one for $80 and swapped it out in 30 min. I am a mid-20s girl who has no plumbing experience. Save yourself $800 and do it yourself (or call another plumber). Still cannot figure out how they are charging these prices for parts that don't cost that much.

      Hi Cassidy, I'm sorry you feel our price was not right for you, however we do not install $80.00 garbage disposals, We warranty our products and they are installed by professionals. We are completely transparent with our pricing.That $550.00 price I gave you over the phone was for labor and the garbage disposal plus our one year warranty, I do believe you misunderstood our prices as you have also listed $800.00 for a garbage disposal.
