I called with an emergency I had at a business of mine on Friday, and I called him around 7pm and he picked up and had me scheduled the following morning to knock out my issue. I greatly recommend Puget sound heating and air for any needs you have. They are fast response and very respectable.

I had a really good experience with these guys. My furnace was acting up so we needed help NOW.  Chris was very responsive and professional. He explained their process and fee's upfront. They came out the next afternoon.  After the initial inspection they diagnosed the problem and reviewed the solutions and pricing with me. No misunderstandings. No surprises. I recommend them and will use them again if need be.  Furnace works good and we are toasty for the Holidays!

We had this system installed four years ago brand new system byLenox. We have had some problems with it but Chris has always been here to fix the problems very professional. Now it is working great no more problems. Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

Assigned by home warranty company AHS, shows up at my door with no mask. Refused a new mask we were willing to provide because of chemicals he's allergic to. Tells me he'll be back later with his mask that has vents. Uh-no.

Today they replaced my compressor on my heat pump and did a great job. Then at 11:30pm I heard the HVAC making a terribly loud gurgling sound that I could hear inside the house. I thought Id send the technician a quick video to watch and hopefully Id get some advice tomorrow if I was lucky. The technician answered me with some advice at midnight! Who does that?! Thanks so much!!! Now Ill sleep better not worrying about it... thanks again so very much!!! Service: A/C system repair
