Beau with westworld air was excellent to work with. We called him for an emergency repair and he came out on a Saturday night to look at our furnace. We were not home and he easily could have recommended a furnace replacement, however he came up with an affordable solution. I really appreciate his ethics. He was very responsive and professional. As many know, summers are starting to get hot in the Pacific North West. I spent a significant amount of time this winter trying to search for the right contractor who could do an A/C install on my home. As many know, getting this phase on any project complete can sometimes be the hardest part. After looking through reviews for many companies online, I reached out to WestWorld Air. I submitted a request through yelp and got a response from Bo within 30 minutes and we had a free consultation visit scheduled within a few days after. Of all the consultations I got for this job, Bo was by far the most thorough. Our furnace is in our attic and he was the only contractor to go up there to review the job specs so he could get the most accurate quote for the job. When we got the quote back, it was by far the most reasonable and best priced of all the quote we got for this job so it was a no brainer on who we would choose. Bo had the electricians come the day before the install and stopped by to make sure all was well as well as to deliver the unit and all materials so he was ready for the install the next day. His communication was 100% the best. At every point of the job, he would communicate consistently and promptly on all matters and I'm extremely fortunate for that. On the day of the install, Bo was right on time and got right to work. This install was a new install so there was a significant amount of extra work compared to a replacement job, but Bo left no stone unturned and no detail missed. His craftsmanship and work speaks for itself and I'm extremely satisfied with WestWorld Air's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality they gave us in this job. I like many homeowners spend a lot of time trying to find the right contractor for our projects. It can often be a daunting task trying to figure out who is the "best". You're inundated with promos and a sea of contractors who all claim to be the best. The level of quality that WestWorld provides is top notch and I would recommend this company for all your heating & air needs now and into the future. If you've made it this far after reading this review, I give WestWorld a 10/10 and would recommend you absolutely reach out if you need help with your heating and air needs. Bo takes extreme care in his work and doesn't cut corners, something you may see with large contractor companies. WestWorld Air will be the only company I use going forward for all of my heating and air needs. We were looking for a new AC install. Bo came out to evaluate. Our current gas heater was 20 years old so we opted for a full replacement with a new heat pump. Also added a smart thermostat and an additional duct to an add-on room. It was a good install with a good price - happy with the work. Bo & the team cleaned up after themselves daily and they were professional. Looking forward to summer with the new AC.
