        Started going on my own plan off of my parents this year, it started out great but when I tried getting in contact with Gordon (my agent), I never got an email or a call back. Every time I tried to call I was never able to talk to him directly. Not once was I ever able to talk to my agent, I tried everything. Then I asked to be requoted since I was paying almost $300 just for myself. When I asked they said there is nothing else they can do for me and just to tell them when I get new insurance somewhere else so they can cancel my plan. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend State Farm or using Gordon Dewaard.
