Ive had Sergio come out a couple times with perfect results! He does a great job at explaining how I can help treat areas where our dog has accidents, which I really appreciated. I have fairly high expectations when it comes to carpet cleaning, and Sergio with Chem-Dry Four Seasons exceeded them by every measure. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (he actually answered the phone when I called); he showed up right on time; he was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient; and he did a masterful job cleaning our challenging carpets. I had no idea our carpets could look this good. And they dried so quickly! There was no odor, no chemical residue. Just nice, clean carpets. The cost was very reasonable, and Sergio is my go-to guy from now on. I highly recommend Sergio and Chem-Dry Four Seasons. Service: General carpet cleaning
