Beautiful location, nice and quiet with a lot of things to do around. Less than 5 minutes away from JBLM. The customer service provided by Sidney Frady was outstanding. She was attentive, super nice and really patient, she answered every question we had. She went above and beyond . Can't say enough good things about the service she provided

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a place to stay immediately. Trax Apartments had everything I was looking for! Located near JBLM, flexible lease, and spacious studio apartment with washer/dryer in unit! Sidney Frady provided excellent service and went above and beyond in assisting me with the entire process. She personally gave me a tour of all the great amenities the apartment complex has to offer and patiently walked me through the application process answering every question I had, despite it cutting into her lunch break. Her kindness truly sealed the deal!

So far my experiences has been perfection. Sabrina is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality and so attentive to my needs. It's rare to find people and apartments that are this fantastic.

Went for a tour to help my brother find an apartment and we were helped by Sidney Frady. She was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! She was so knowledgeable about the property only for us to find out she had only started working there that week! We definitely didnt notice. I would definitely recommend living here and if you need help, ask for Sidney!
