        Super great apartment and helpful maintenance team

        We've lived here for a few months now and had no major issues with the neighborhood or the apartment itself. We did have a dryer that was going out and were going to buy a new one. But one of the maintenance employees Manny told us to save our money and that he would put in a request to get a new dryer. Manny kept us updated on the request to make sure we knew they were working on helping us out. We finally had an appointment set to recieve the new dryer. Manny and Dan replaced the dryer and made sure that everything was working correctly. They even cleaned out the inside and outside vents to make sure there was no blockage for the new dryer. With help and hardwork from them our dryer works perfectly and the vents are clean. Manny and Danny were very professional during installation and even made sure there were no other issues before they left. Not only is this neighborhood a great place to stay but they also have a fantastic mantainence team.

        We are so happy living at the Clock Tower. Ebony, Alex, Manny and Danny are so amazing! What we love about this place, besides how great the staff is; is how responsive Maintenance has been with every work order. Danny and Manny are great and so professional. The whole staff is amazing!! We highly recommend!

        The move in process was super easy. The property manager Ebony made our transition as smooth as possible. She was very transparent and hospitable to us! Great communication and personality. Hands down one of the best places to rent in DuPont!

        Manny the maintenance guy was super helpful and timely when coming to fixing whatever was needed. He even checked up a couple days later to make sure everything was running smooth. Give this man a raise.
