        Alex was very nice. However the property was dirty. There was a lot of bird poop and a bird nest in front of the empty apartment. You literally had to walk on bird poop to get to the door. She said they will pressure wash the poop when the weather gets better and they have to hire a specialist to remove the bids nest. The carpet was dingy and smelled. I asked if the carpet was going to be replaced and was told it was shampooed twice. The kitchen has barely any space for two people. This apartment was a 1 bedroom and renting for $1795 plus water sewer garbage. I rather live in my van.
